Xbox Project xCloud adds Destiny 2, Halo: MCC, and more titles

Microsoft has expanded its lineup of Xbox One titles available under the Project xCloud Preview, seemingly welcoming over a dozen new games to its streaming library. The ongoing invite-only test serves full-fledged Xbox One gaming over the cloud to mobile devices, now adding Destiny 2, Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, various Telltale Games-published titles, among other existing Xbox hits.

Project xCloud’s initial test started back in October, since maintaining a vast library of Xbox One titles, as Microsoft prepares for the scheduled 2020 public release. While currently limited to Android devices in the US, UK, and Korea, it recently resumed its Korean expansion alongside SK Telecom, sending out further invites, and introducing more compatible titles. That rollout appears to have spilled west, and we’ve spotted several new experiences on game-streaming service.

Below is the full list of new Xbox One titles now available to Project xCloud testers.

  1. Halo: The Master Chief Collection

  2. Destiny 2

  3. Sid Meier’s Civilization VI

  4. Batman: The Enemy Within – The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)

  5. Batman: The Telltale Series – The Complete Season (Episodes 1-5)

  6. The Wolf Among Us

  7. Wasteland 2: Directors Cut

  8. The Surge

  9. SUPERHOT

  10. Portal Knights

  11. GoNNER – BLÜEBERRY Edition

  12. Kingdom Two Crowns

  13. Sparklite

  14. Tracks – The Train Set Game

  15. Train Sim World 2019

The inclusion of Destiny 2 is bound to please many early Project xCloud testers and provides yet another title already among the current Google Stadia flagships. The service also locks down Batman titles from Telltale Games, alongside The Wolf Among Us, which while already on mobile, hit Project xCloud with the benefits of the Xbox One ecosystem.

Xbox Project xCloud Preview is now live in the US, UK, and Korea, while Xbox Console Streaming, leveraging at-home Xbox hardware, is now available in all Xbox-supported countries. Microsoft has detailed plans to expand Project xCloud to Canada, India, Japan, and Western Europe, on track for later in 2020.
