Samsung launched the Galaxy Note10 Lite in India earlier this week, and now it is Galaxy S10 Lite’s turn. The phone is available for pre-order at Amazon, Flipkart and Samsung’s own website for INR39,999 (which is about $560/€505). Currently, Samsung offers only one version of the phone – 8/128GB, but at least all three colors are available – Prism Blue, Prism Black, Prism White.
The price of INR39,999 is a lot cheaper than the Galaxy S10 or Galaxy S10+, but is slightly more expensive than its sibling Galaxy Note10 Lite, which starts from INR10,000 ($140) less. It is also more affordable than the Galaxy S10e, and Samsung is offering some deals like one-time screen replacement for INR1,999 and INR3,000 cashback, if you purchase with a specific credit card.
The Galaxy S10 Lite comes as a cheaper alternative of its flagship lineup. The phone comes with Snapragon 855 chipset, Android 10 with One UI 2 and a 48MP main camera with the latest stabilization tech by Samsung. Other specs include 4,500 mAh battery with 25W fast-charging, 6.7” Infinity-O display and a fingerprint scanner underneath.
The pre-order period is ending on February 4, when the company will finally start shipping the smartphone and it will also be available at various offline spots, including Samsung Experience Stores.
