Many of you have been waiting for the Galaxy S10 One UI 2.0 beta to go live today. Samsung itself confirmed earlier this week that the beta program would be launched “soon.” Subsequent reports suggested that it would be out in South Korea first on October 10.It appears that Samsung has decided to slightly delay the release of the beta program. That’s what we gather from a notice posted by the company’s representative on the official Samsung community forums for South Korea.Galaxy S10 One UI 2.0 beta delayed in South KoreaIn a message posted on the forum merely minutes ago, the representative reveals that the decision has been made to delay the beta. It was supposed to be launched on October 10 but is now expected to go live by mid-October. Without going out on a limb to give a precise date, we expect to see the beta arrive in the third week of this month. The reason for this decision is not entirely clear. There may have been some last-minute issues with the beta build which could have forced Samsung to delay the release. Keep in mind that this could only be specific to South Korea. The beta is also expected to go live in the United States and Germany today. There’s no indication, so far, that a delay has been approved for those markets as well. We’ll continue to keep monitoring the situation and update you as soon as we hear more about the Galaxy S10 One UI 2.0 beta.
